Beto, the man he beat for the job, has been using his resources from his campaigns to organize phone trees to check on senior citizens, drive them to warming centers nearby if needed, help get food out to people, etc.

It’s not his job to get the power grid working, but is it not his job to be working for the people who elected him in some capacity? Surely anything would have been better than flying to Cancun for vacation?
