This year has been the longest cumulative time I’ve spent with my husband, Joe. We are both WFH, he’s not traveling for work, and we aren’t running around with kids or rushing to complete unneeded errands at the same pace as we used to. To paraphrase: It’s been the best of times, it’s been the worst of times.

In all seriousness, it’s been exciting and fun to rediscover this man I’ve been with for seven years. These many moments of togetherness have given us insight into our daily routines. They’ve helped us notice our likes, wants, and needs with greater clarity than before.
