Mostly... but there are some scrap electronics recycling wastelands in Bangladesh that would like to have a word with you. Composite wind turbine blades have a finite lifespan as well and there is still talks as how to deal with them at the end. One company is suggesting crushing them up and using the fibres in concrete to strengthen it. Of course when it comes time to recycle that concrete... well that is a different matter.

There is a youtube channel called Plainly DiFFicult that has a really good write up on this Navajo uranium disaster. They really got screwed over.
