I'm a biology student from Italy and I just finished my bachelor degree.

I look forward to specialize in ecology (to be precise: ecology for nature preservation) and I would love to hear about your experiences in the field: what types of career's opportunities should I expect from it? What is your everyday job?

I'm asking this since I feel there is a big gap between what you study and your actual job, but maybe it's just an italian problem ahah. I am well aware that opportunities change from country to country, but I'd like to get the general idea of it :)
