Akufo-Addo commissions GH¢7.3 million Savelugu Rice Processing Factory
President Nana Akufo-Addo has commissioned the 1-District-1-Factory GH¢7.3 million Savelugu Rice Processing Factory in the Northern Region.
He has also commissioned the GH¢6 million Savelugu Technology Solutions Centre.
Mr Akufo-Addo commissioned the two projects on Saturday, August 7, 2021 as wrapped up his two-day working visit to the Northern Region.
He ended his tour with visits to Tamale, Savelugu, and Tolon.
Amongst others, he inspected ongoing work on the Tamale Interchange, which he said was 80% complete.
He also inspected work on asphaltic overlays on sections of the road network in Tamale.
