Karmelo Anthony Granted Release On $250K Bond, Ordered To House Arrest In Fatal Stabbing Of Austin Metcalf

UPDATE 3:40PM – Karmelo Anthony posted bond and has been released from jail after a judge agreed to reduce his $1 million bond to $250,000.

The 17-year-old has been given an ankle monitor and will be on house arrest as he awaits trial. He can only leave his house with approval from the court and he is not allowed to use any form of social media.
Anthony must also be supervised by a parent or designated adult at all times and is required to check in with the judge’s bailiff every Friday morning.
