The 2024/25 Premier League season concludes today, with all 20 teams kicking off at the same time.

While the title and relegation races may have been wrapped up some weeks ago, there is plenty to play for in the battle to qualify for European football.

Manchester City, Newcastle United, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are all still in the hunt for the UEFA Champions League places, while Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford know their is a slim chance they could still earn a European spot for next season.

We're also expecting Ruben Amorim to deliver an on-pitch apology to Manchester United fans once their worst season in the Premier League era has come to a close.
