Four persons died and 10 others suffered injuries in a road accident that occurred at Atmakur mandal in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district early on Thursday morning.

The mishap occurred after an auto collided with a car. The injured were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.

A few daily wage labourers were travelling to Mustapuram from Venkataraopalli when the mishap occurred.

On information, police rushed to the place and shifted the bodies to hospital for post mortem.

A case has been filed and investigation is on.
